Nanhai Shichu owns two national second-class ports: Jiuzhou Sinotrans Terminal and Beicun Terminal. In 2006, Nanhai Shichu partnered with Sinotrans South China Division to upgrade and modernize the Jiuzhou Sinotrans Terminal, which now has an annual handling capacity of 400,000 TEUs, making Nanhai Shichu the second-largest shareholder.
